Weird Mind News Room Episode 188: Sept 28th - Oct 4th

 *Music to dig to*

Well hello again to all of you very fine and super wonderful people across the information superhighway, as always my name is Sam and I welcome you to the latest edition of my weekly series of Weird Mind News Room where for another week we will be delving into talking all about the new Releases, Trailers and News that we have seen from this week that you have forgotten was released from the last few days, so lets not waste the time on these intros and lets get to talking on all things media that we have for this week.

Digging up some new releases

Movies
Digger
On the first of the new releases for this week will be a bit of a cautionary tale on the perspective about how a society being overrun and destroyed by the wealthiest people on the planet can come with its array of consequences (not like that is a major ordeal in the real world right..... right?) but in this instance of a case it is the one that may have caused it and will be the one that will be digging themselves out of this whole mess as after a bit of a gap from Alejandro G. Inárritu, he has returned to bring a comedy of disastrous proportions as we have the release of his all new film of Digger. The film will follow Digger Rockwell (Tom Cruise) the most powerful man in the world must race against time to prove that he is humanity's saviour before the disaster that he has caused destroys everything. Reception on this film has been more of a divisive and mixed outcome that while there is praise on the performances (particularly with Cruise and Riz Ahmed), the concept and production, the film gets a mixed outcome on the major twist of the narrative, the humour being a bit of a mixed outcome and the likes of it making sense with its writing leaves a fair bit to be desired and will be worth seeing the outcome to everything in focus and if you want to dig into the drama then you can catch this film out now in cinemas.

Verity
For the 2nd film of this week is more of a title that will be focused from the realm that appears more frequently then you expect and that is in the realm of the novel adaptions, and we are returning to a new take on a novel from a author who has seen an array of their books being made already (with a varied array of outcomes that follow after) and will be a case that in a form of meta will tell of writing a story itself and aiding one that started it after a tragic ordeal will be quite a tale to stir up a sense of unease and drama as we have the release of the all new film based on the novel by Coleen Hoover with Verity. The film will follow Lowen Ashleigh (Dakota Johnson) who is hired to become a ghostwriter for renowned author Verity Crawford (Anne Hathaway), but soon things take a bit of a dark turn when she discovers chilling autobiographical notes. Faced with a series of Deadly Family secrets, Lowen begins to struggle to separate fiction from reality while also blurring the lines with Verity's Husband (Josh Hartnett). Reception to this title however has been less then stellar as the film has been panned for some mixed aspects of the novel and sense of tension feeling a little laughable, and while there is an attempt in the performances (a standout of hope being with Anne Hathaway) the overall performances feel a lot to be desired, but if you want to read between the lines then you can catch this film also out now in cinemas.

TV Shows
LEGO One Piece
The first of the shows for this week is one that we have seen a vast iteration of takes on this world from the pages of a manga, a classic and continuing anime and even one taking a trip into the live action territory that so far seems to be a bit of a success. But it seems with this next take that this adventure will be helmed and done in a new form of an adventure one piece at a time as we have the release of the all new series of LEGO One Piece. In this new take on the series, the series will be told from the perspective of Usopp as he spins a tall tale about the Straw Hats journey across the East Blue into the grand line in some new stories and perspective before they are joined by Chopper. Reception on this take of the story seems to be well recieved with praise on its take of the narrative stories, the visuals, writing, performances and being a decent side story to the main series and for a hidden advertisement for the LEGO merch line and if you want to check it out for yourself then you can watch the 2 episode miniseries now on Netflix.

Scrubs Reboot season 2
As for the other tv show of this week is one that I am surprised has dropped a follow up season this quick as the first new take on this only dropped a couple of months ago but it seems that with the focus of this career and job that their will be many new patients and operations to deal with, as your next appointment has been made with the release of the 2nd season of the reboot to Scrubs. The new season will see J.D, Turk and Elliot level up from Interns to icons at Sacred Heart Hospital and with that new status will help to inspire the new generation while dealing with the ups and downs of working in a hospital. Together with characters new and old they continue to navigate the next chapter with heart, laughter and surprises along the way. Reception on this new season has also proven to be a success in reception with praise on some continuing narratives, character development and being a surprisingly appealing revival that it continues to be and if you are up for another checkup then you can catch the first 2 episodes now on Hulu and Disney+ with a new episode dropping every Wednesday.

Video Games
Minecraft Dungeons 2
As for the last of the new releases for this week and the only game title of major focus that while I could also mention the updated and remastering of a return of a man that will take on powerful enemies at the toss of some coin, this one is more of a full on new entry of this surprise dungeon crawler strategy title all build from the ground up block by block as new worlds and threats are out there ready to dismantle and peace and prosperity of the world as we have the release of the sequel to Minecraft Dungeons. Set after the events of the original title in the overworld, the heroes and villagers assume a time of peace after their escapades until a group of illagers discover an underground portal that leads to the Sift, a dimension brimming with the boundless power of souls and soon see 3 of them becoming almighty beings - the Prime Enchanter, the Grand Illusioner, and the Supreme evoker and create the Illager high council and soon will see their army destroy dimensions and their home and you must gather the heroes back and stop this corruption before it is too late. Reception on this follow up has been modestly well recieved with praise on its visuals, evolved overworld and gameplay improvements, though some say that it feels like a slight improvement over the original rather then a massive reinvention but if you are up for a new adventure then you can play it now on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch 1 and 2 and PC.

Trailers that are not as they seems

Ebenezer
On the first of the 2 trailers that we have for this week is one that will be another tale that we have seen many times before, one that has become a classic throughout the decades since it was first written anf have many takes and iterations of the narrative told and in this case we are back to see someone else give a new look and perspective on the timeless classic as Ti west brings us a new trailer for his new take on this festive classic with a trailer for Ebenezer. This of course will be a new take on the Christmas Carol from Charles Dickens and will tell the story of Ebenezer Scrooge (Johnny Depp) a grouchy and wealthy old man who will soon learn to change his ways when on Christmas Eve Night will be visited by 3 spirits of Christmas Past, Present and Future that will show his life and learn to change his way overall. As I mentioned the likes of this story is nothing new as we have seen many iterations of this story told from the writing, audiobooks, live action, animated and even through the variation of the muppets that you can see that its one that seems like a bit of a successful outcome to cover a narrative on but there is a sense of intrigue to see if there is much a difference to it all. The big focus is from Depp making a return in the industry after years being absent due to the legal ordeals and some other stuff that seeing him back and in a character performance seems like something that will appeal to some and I am interested to checking it out on another character role but I guess we can find out by its release in about a months time on November 13th

Visionquest
As for the other trailer for this week will technically go against my trailer rule by just a day but in this case I will allow it in a quiet week of footage unveiled and in this case we will be returning back again to the realm of some superheroes and a conclusion to an overlong trilogy that started with some strange reality altering surburban twist and then a focus of a coven that led to some strange chaos, this 3rd entry will focus more to the side that may have been a sacrifice to save reality, and rebuilt in a new form with no memory of the past and must rebuild to remember who he is, even if that also brings an old foe in aiding the assistance as we have the release of the 2nd and final trailer for the finale of the Wandavision trilogy with Visionquest. After being resurrected at the end of Wandavision, the Android Vision lives in hiding while they attempt to understand who he is by communicating with various AI personas that are embedded in his programming, including the return of Rogue AI Ultron. Soon when a bounty is placed on his head, he will go on the run with a mysterious teenager who may be his reincarnated son. I will have to say that I was honestly surprised on the outcome of this trilogy of shows as I still see Wandavision being a really interesting show that may have had a few stumbles in the end was still an enjoyable watch and then the Agatha series was a surprise one as many felt it could've been an unnecessary title (one that I am sure many that say Marvel is dead or not good since Endgame will suffice to say all the time, but I have enjoyed a lot of this saga) and I feel this could be a really interesting and trippy title itself that I feel will have some interesting aspects and finally give Vision a more major focus that he deserves given he is one of the oldest voices in the MCU still around but I am interested in checking out this series and its not long away from release either as the show will be uploaded with a 2 episode premiere in 2 weeks time on Disney+ from the 14th of October.

News fit as a treasure

The many news servings of your interest

Now its that time of year again and in this case it is a big hefty serving of an arrangement to the hefty weekly serving of the Hodge Podge with this being a mostly focused array of projects in announcements, some casting news and some release dates that vary from the end of the year to a few years into the future to talk about this week, so let us delve into and see what the week had to offer to us in discussion.

So we will start on the side of the one with the most stories of the week and that is with the Project or item updates and announcements and this first one I initially was going to talk on last week as it was initially teased and the brief glimpse leaked for the item but it is a case I decided to hold off until the reveal and that is with another retunr to the popular building brick range of LEGO. Now it seems with every month there is some new sets that have made their appeal to the audience that more prevalent as what we have seen from the release this week from the sets on the Original PlayStation, Downton Abbey and Wallace and Gromit and the usual smaller editions to more established ranges, but we are now looking ahead to a series that I initially thought was going to be not shown or announced ntil the beginning of next year, but in this case the power level was a lot more stronger then we though as the first entry of this IP will be coming a little more earlier this year and after being teased and rumoured we finally got the reveal of the first set based on Dragon Ball with the Shenron display piece. Now the item is more of a display stand and will be based on the dragon of Shenron and will also come with the 7 Dragon Balls on display and the first of what I see as the many edition of the Saiyan's with the well known character of Goku, that some feel the face design is too basic but its a very minor issue I have seen online. Now the set was revealed with a price and release date as well with the item coming in at a Modest €140 and will be dropping from the beginning of November so its only another month of a wait and the price does not seem to bad. Now my own nitpick on this set is that I feel it looks a little too close to the Pokémon set that released about a month or so ago of the Rayquaza set just in its look but maybe I am being a bit judgy on it and maybe the ideals of what could they do with a Dragon Ball range besides buildable versions of the different Saiyans but maybe I am sure the LEGO designers will come up with other ideas at the moment but I am sure we will see in the new year and on how this set will do by the release next month.

Now onto media discussions for this week and this first one is a title that has been in a bit of a unknown loop of questionability and the answer may have been right in our face but the perspective on it was not fully clear, but after uncertainty and rumours, it seems that a proper answer has been given as it is reported now that a 3rd film based on the horror thrillers of Don't Breathe is now in the works. This was confirmed recently at a recent screening of the original for its 10th anniversary where it was confirmed by the original director that the film is on the way and that it will see the return of both Stephen Lang and Jane Levy will be back for this new title. Now the thing about this title will be in the case of wondering if this will be some sort of prequel or a follow up to the last film as how it seems to play out is that Lang's character supposedly dies at the end of the 2nd film but given we don't see the likes of a grave that he may have survived his wounds or this could be a prequel set in between the 2 films following the house break in from the original but I guess we will have to see in the outcome of this new films release. I am sure it will be something interesting to look into and check out when it does and once I hear anything new like when we may expect this title then I will let you know in a later episode.

For the next of the project announcements for this week will be bringing us back to the realm of some superhero contents and in this particular instance will be staying on the side of Marvel for the focus mainly on the realm of one particular hero and while we have seen them have a massive win this summer in terms of box office and reception on two projects with one being cut short, it looks like where one story in this multiverse ends, another makes an appearance in the woven web of stories as it was announced and reported by Deadline that another new Live action Spider-Man series is in the works and will be inspired by the Clone Saga line of comics. Now for those that are not familiar with the arc, the series will focus on 2 different Spider-Men of Ben Reilly and Kaine Parker, a pair of heroes from the vast Spider-verse that are seen as clones to the original Peter Parker himself and created by Miles 'The Jackal' Warren and could see them grapple with them discovering they are both clones and fight against other Spider-clones and show their journey into becoming their own respective takes on the Scarlet Spider. Now reportedly the series will be aiming towards the 2nd arc to the comic storyline and that it will be another establish series in the world forms from the stories that spawned from the Spider-verse film with it also being established that Lord and Miller will be involved as Executive Producers on the project. If there is anything that I can appeal with all of this is that I am happy we are seeing more of the different takes on the characters getting a chance to be a focus over the usual array of Parker variants and seeing more with Miles, a Spider-Gwen and Spider-Woman projects in development, an animated Spider-Punk project and likely more in the works to come that I feel if its as good as Noir then I am very excited to see this develop. Now at the moment it is all early days and there is no projection on when we can see this but once I hear anything new I will let you know in a later episode.

For the next of the projects in focus is one that I have talked on or mentioned a little while ago but in that case it was more in the ideals of where is this series coming to an end, but it seems like the concept of family the idea can continue to grow from it all as after being first reported earlier this year, it has now been confirmed that a tv series based on the Fast and the Furious Franchise is in the works and will be heading over to Peacock. Now it is a case that I am surprised with all of this in how this continues to be a bit of a franchise and the ideals of a tv series could work in the form of the early years for some of the characters from the series but it really is hard to properly tell, given the case that we have yet to see the conclusion of the mainline film series (as well as the case that Diesel keep making all these hints and rumours that 11 is not the last film and that the finale will be a trilogy going off of the appeal of the main studio but it really is one of a lengthy mess to understand the approach to it all and if they want to milk this series dry in anyway that they can. Now do I see this series working, maybe, but it will come down to if it will focus on some familiar faces or be an entirely new story like Tokyo Drift was but I guess we will have to find out as the series develops as no word on when we will see this series and who is joining the show but once I hear anything on this I will let you know in a later episode.

But speaking on long running IP's and Franchises there is a bit of an update to 2 IPs that have a bit of an update that had potential but it seems there is some news of it breaking down and losing power overall as it was announced this week that the initial planned crossover title of Transformer and GI Joe will no long being moving forward. The initial approach of this crossover and connection to the wider world of properties was first hinted at the very end of Rise of the Beasts where the main human character was given an interview with a massive company and revels its connected to this massive military operation and it turned out to be GI Joe and that was where the project initially started the groundwork, the title was revealed to be in development 2 years ago at cinemacon and was aiming for a release last year or this year but I guess blending the 2 IPs was a bit more of a difficult task (and likely case with the recent passing of Peter Cullen that it probably saw a lot more of a road block to resolve). The idea of it sounded interesting and I am sure there is a sense of it having a chance in the future but maybe the case of the IP fatigue with them may also come into affect with this but I guess we can see in the future on that crossover to make a revival.

But it did however see that with one of these IPs that there is still an idea to be made and it looks like they are going ahead on the military side as a new GI Joe project has been confirmed to be moving forward with a film focused on the character of Sergeant Duke that will be portrayed by Bradley Cooper this time around after initially played by Channing Tatum and the film will be directed and developed by Actor Danny McBride (who also helped to revive and bring life to the Halloween Franchise with the 2018 film) so there is a bit of an interesting duo to revive the franchise of this IP as the series has been a bit of a mixed outcome when it comes to projects with reception on the 3 previous films not being the most glowing but maybe a focus to a more war based title over a mysterious based character could be worth checking out and I will see how they will take on the IP and bring some life into it all with this approach. Now of course as well there is no idea on when we may see this project but once I hear anything new about this I will also let you know in a later episode.

For the last of the Project based announcements for this week, it had occoured to me that the time of the year has come around where in an alternate world of ours a dangerous virus has infected the world and all of society that we would have known would not be how it is now and that of course is with the world of the Last of Us titles as this week saw the annual Outbreak Day events. Now initially I was expecting we were going to get some form of a trailer for the 3rd season of the TV series adaption as the last 2 seasons did on this day, but I guess they are still deep into production to properly release one but besides some new decals and images for your very pricey console, we do have some news that have come from Naughty Dog themselves about this series as it was announced by Druckmann himself that there is currently 2 projects based in the world of the Last of Us currently in development at this game studio. Now the ideals of this have not been heavily gone in depth on but there is a possibility I want to possibly hold out hope that one of these projects could be Part 3 of the series and see the possible conclusion of both Ellie and Abby's stories but it is hard to say. I will say the idea of some new projects set in the same world is an interesting one as I know there has been ideals and elements I have come across over the years of glimpses into other parts of the world dealing with the cordyceps virus and seeing some other survivors stories will be an interesting one to see as well and anything in this world I am very interested to check out. Now its hard to say how far into development they are with these titles and when we may see these unveiled (likely a big event like Game Awards or something similar) but once we get more info I will let you know down the line.

But just before I move to the next story, they also gave us a brief update on their title they revealed about 2 years ago which is their new IP of Intergalactic and it has been quiet on any news about it since the announcement trailer at the Game awards, but I am happy to report a bit of good news that they have confirmed alongside a new piece of art for the game that the title will be reintroduced sometime next year to get a new idea on the title and what to expect down the line and I am very excited to see what they have been concepting and developing for what I feel is a few years now and am intrigued to give this a try when it does release and you know for sure I will be giving a look into the information on it when it releases next year.

But speaking of the tv series, we move over now to some news on casting stuff as we have some updates for season 3 that dropped around Outbreak day as well and while we have seen the like of brief images of them filming up in the north of that 3rd season and focusing on the perspective of Abby and Lev, it looks like a pair of familiar faces and another name will be heading into this world of infected creatures as it was confirmed on Outbreak day that Laura Bailey, Ian Alexander and John Goodman are all joining the 3rd season of the adaption. Now as I mentioned 2 of them are familiar with this series as both Laura and Ian have both been a part of the game with both of them playing Abby and Lev in Part 2 and while they will not be playing them this time around, they will be playing some supporting cast with Bailey playing Elizabeth, who will be one of the cult leaders of the Scars, so likely she could be one of the people that will try to gut Abby in the dark woods that will be where she meets Lev and Yara and escape with them but will be interesting to watch. As for Goodman and Alexander they will be playing a duo of new characters known as Joey and Paco who as described as "Heroes of the Highway" so whether they will be a sort of Henry and Sam kind of duo or where this will occour in Seattle or the Californian coast is currently unclear. I am interested to see and appeal with how they evolve some of these roles in the series like they did in season 1 with the original cast having some presence like Troy Baker being the left hand man for David and Ashley Johnson being the mother of Ellie in a poetic loop that I am interested to see what they will do with these characters for the next season. Now we have no idea on when we may see the first look at them down the line but I am sure we will get an idea of it by its release likely sometime next year.

Moving from the likes of adaptions to more in the realm of the sci-fi, there is a little bit of a connection in the project created by this next director as they had just recently made a game adaption themselves, but where it was the horrors of the undead, they will be making more of a trip to the horrors deep in space and with that they will need a bit of a crew and they have their first role set for this expedition, as they have confirmed the first of the cast for the newest film by Zach Creggar and that is with Oscar Winner Jennifer Lawrence will be joining his new title of The Flood and playing the role of Elena Voss. Now not much is known really about this title but it has been described by Zach as a mix of Alien and 2001 a Space Odyssey so it does sound like quite the ordeal to be had with it being focused on a crew dealing with a mysterious signal on a remote planet and discovering an Alien artifact that warps reality and time and I do like this idea of some new takes in the far reaches of Space and could be another solid title from Creggar who seems to be on a roll with his 3 horror titles so I am intrigued to see what will come of this project. Now I am sure there will be more joining the cast of unknown and familiar faces on this expedition soon but I am sure we will get an idea of it by its release in 2028.

But keeping things to a cosmic focus, it is with a focus we turn to a galaxy far far away as there has been some form of a discussion on a new project in the world of Star Wars. Now it has been a case that the saga has seen a fair share of stories in the last few years that have all connected in some form or being a little outside of the overall Skywalker Saga and it seemed in the case with Rise of Skywalker was where it had all come to a conclusion and it seemed that was the overall case for it all, but from this reported news going about the story may be possibly continuing as it was reported that they have a new name directing the next film in the Star Wars series and that this will be helmed by Jon Watts. Now watts will be known for directing the first 3 of the Tom Holland Spider-Man films but they have also developed and done some work in this universe and IP with them being the showrunner of the miniseries of Skeleton Crew so there is a bit of a connection to it all. Now in the case of this project, the reports that have been floating around from these announcement is that he will be helming what is seen as a new trilogy and labelling this as Episode X of the saga but it is hard to say if it will be a continuation of that series or will be a whole new story in a different era of the universe but I guess we will see. I am intrigued to see what he will do in the likes of a full length film as I will say his work on Skeleton crew was an interesting one as it felt like one of those classic Spielberg type stories initially and proved as a fun little side adventure and I will give him the chance first to see what they have him doing with this saga next and while no release date or window has been given I will update down the line if there is any change.

Now this last project announcement is one that I am a little confused on the approach to all of this as given the studio this is in a focus with that does multiple approaches to a project like this I am not entirely sure on the outcome of how it will be presented but earlier this week it was announced that Dan Trachtenberg will be making a new project for Disney and this project is essentially a more darker take on the classic story of Sleeping Beauty. Now the reason I say that it is a bit of a confusing one as it is known that Disney delve into both the Animated and Live Action approach of their films and this is the one side where I am wondering which perspective they will be taking this as we have seen the animated classic back in the late 50s and then we also have a pair of live action films that were told from the perspective of Maleficent over the last decade (and another entry on the way) that I wonder if it will be either one of these styles and I am also wondering if it will be telling the actual real story to the characters as the original fairy tale has a very morbid and dark ending that I will not say here on this page. The ideals on Trachtenberg making a project is an interesting one as he has been the director that has brought new life to some IPS in recent memory, especially with the Predator franchise with 3 really solid titles in the last few years that I feel he could do an interesting take on this classic tale but I guess we will have to see. Now like other projects talked on today that this is all early days but once I hear anything new I will let you know in a later episode.

Now we finally move to the release dates and we will go in projects releasing in order and this first one has an outcome that I can say has been one that has had a bit of a divided and mixed opinion on how they will go about this project as last last year or earlier this year I made a mention about the plans of an animated series based on the duology of films and live action series on Ted and was where all that information was left as such, but after a bit of time we finally got our first very brief look at the project and the confirmation this week that we have a release date for that new project with the series now set to premiere from the 17th of December this year. Now this does also come with a bit of a plot synopsis that it will be taking place about 12 years after the ending of Ted 2 and will see Ted and Johnny being parents and neighbours to one another and I am sure the likes of hijinks will ensue after that. Now this is where a lot of debate has come along with this as while all of the names from the films will be back in voice work with this series, many have felt in this regards that this just looks like a cutaway gag on McFarlane's other series of Family Guy and the other aspect is that many felt that they should've kept it and continued the live action series that has become a massive surprise hit and an entertaining one as well and just felt they ended the live action one for this when that show has become more liked even over the film as well but I can see where the concern comes into play. Now in my regards I will not write it off just yet and I will see about it as it could end up being like the tv series and be a surprisingly entertaining project but I guess we can find out with some proper full footage before its release this December.

Now the next project with a release date is one with a focus to a ideals of a director who has been one of the big names and talking points of this year as their title from this year made on a very small budget became a massive success and many have been waiting patiently for what they have in mind next and well it looks like it will only be about a year after the wide release of their debut film title as it was confirmed this week that the next film from Obsession director Curry Barker has gotten a date with the film of Anything but Ghosts now has a release of May 7th 2027. Now the project is supposed to be about 2 Fake Paranormal Investigators who end up having to deal with something they are not prepared for when they find themselves dealing with real ghosts and coming to terms with the deception of their own fraudulent business. The likes of this concept does sound really interesting and it seems more like a comedy over the likes of a horror and its supposedly also supposed to be set in the same universe as Obsession as well so maybe there will be some answers to the aftermath of that title. Now I will say as well that I did enjoy Obsession even with some mixed thoughts on some aspects compared to everyone calling it a masterpiece but I do appeal and appreciate Barker's efforts in the smaller budgets but big ambitions that come with all of these and I am interested to see how this plays out but I am sure we will get a clear idea of the tone and concept come its release in the first half of next year

But on a title that is more taken the approach of a comedy then a horror, this one will be seeing us getting prepped and preparing to go undercover once more with a set date in motion to delve into the assignment once more as after being announced a few weeks ago, we now officially have a release date for the upcoming 24 Jump Street with the title now set to drop on December 10th 2027 and also confirmed that Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum and Ice Cube will all be returning to the project. Now in this case we have not much of an idea on what this film will focus on this time around as while there is ideas to be had, they did do an array of comedic versions of what they entail from medical school, foreign exchange students and all other forms that whether it will build off one of those or be like that initial crossover with the Men in Black franchise but it is unclear right now but I am sure we will get an idea of it within the next few weeks when the project enters into production. I am sure we will also see what other names and cast will be joining those reprising from the first 2 and we hope this will another solid entry after the success of the first 2 but I am sure we can see by its release around Christmas of next year.

And the last of the dates in focus will be keeping it to the established IP that has been in major focus over the last few years and in this case where we have seen these stories be a battle of domination on the small screen, it looks like the fire will rise and burn bright on the big screen as it was announced after also being announced a short time ago that the first Game of Thrones film of Aegon's Conquest now has a release date with it set for release now on June 1st 2029. Now of course it will be a focus to the character of Aegon Taragaryen and set a century before House of the Dragon as it explores the exploits of Aegon the first as with the assistance of his sister-wives will lead a brutal and bloody conquest to unite the seven kingdoms of Westeros under the banner of Fire and Blood which I feel makes like a solid title worthy of the big screen treatment. I am surprised that the franchise in media has been a major presence for the better part of 15 years now and it is only now that they have gotten around to giving it a big screen release (unless the showing of episode of one of the 3 shows counts) so I am interested to see how far they will go with this entry of the series. Now as things stand there is no confirmed casting to the project as of yet but I am sure there is plenty of time to have some names in mind and return to the locations around the world for this series to get it made for the release in 3 years time but I guess we will see by its release.

But wjat do you make of all of these stories, will you be picking up the new Lego Dragon Ball set and what other sets could be made from this franchise, what approach will you see a 3rd Don't Breathe taking, will the new Spider-Man series be as appealing as Noir or do you feel they should've continued with that PI, does the likes of the Fast and Furious franchise make sense for a tv series, will that Transformer GI Joe crossover get a chance in the future and will Cooper and McBride make a solid GI Joe film, do you see either last of Us title being a part 3 or where will the series go and are you looking forward to Intergalactic, will the new castings have a major presence in season 3 or being a small cameo appearance, does Jennifer Lawrence fit well for Creggar new Sci-fi horror, what are your thoughts on Watts making a Star Wars film, what angle will this new Sleeping Beauty title go in from this director, and will you be watching the animated Ted series, Jump Street sequel, Curry Barker film and Game of Thrones movie when they all release? Let me know what you think down below.

And with all of that this bring us to the end of the 188th edition of Weird Mind News Room and I hope you enjoy my ramblings for another week, let me know your thoughts on all that was discussed down below and as always I hope you all stay being wonderful people and have a great day everyday and I will see you all in the next episode :)

Take care, keep being you, signing off
Sam H :)
